Leeroy Petersen is one of the top flair bartenders in Australasia, having traveled Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Macau, China, Asia, Canada and the US performing flair shows for companies including Cartier, Cleo, ACP Magazines, Ferrari, Sony, BMW, Mercedes, Virgin Atlantic, Brown-Forman, Coca Cola, Red Bull, Sebel hotels, Accor Group, ANZ, NAB, Commonwealth bank, Macquarie Bank, and Deloitte's.

Leeroy's talent also extends to hosting capabilities. He was the MC for the Australian Tattoo & Body Art Expo in March ,2011 and hosted Stages at Flavourfest and Chocolatefest at the Hunter Valley Gardens.
For the Last 3 years Leeroy has teamed up with Pete Evens (hugo's, My Kitchen Rules) & Pauly Fenech (Fat Pizza, Housos) to do Cooking, Cocktail and Comedy Classes.
